Brus App - Privacy Policy & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Brus mobile application ("App"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must not use the App.

Brus ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users:

• Personal Identification Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, date of birth, and other contact details.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our App, including features used, time spent, and interactions with other users.
• Device Information: We may collect device-specific information such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our App
• To improve, personalize, and expand our App

3. User Generated Content (UGC)

Brus allows users to post, upload, share, and otherwise make available certain content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content.

3.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, upload, share, or otherwise make available any User Content that:

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic in nature
• Depicts violence, harm, or promotes self-harm
• Is grossly offensive, disgusting, or causes significant discomfort
• Promotes illegal gambling or betting activities
• Encourages or facilitates the use of illegal drugs or narcotics
• Contains political propaganda, political campaigning, or political commentary
• Promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Is defamatory, libelous, or violates any person's privacy rights
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Promotes illegal activities or hate speech

3.2 Content Monitoring and Enforcement

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our content policies.

Brus has zero tolerance for users who post prohibited content or misuse the platform. We will take appropriate action against such users, including permanent account termination and potential legal action if necessary.

4. End User License Agreement (EULA)

4.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Circumvent any security or technological measures of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the App

4.3 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App
